I'm really excited about this local farm! It's about 10 to 15 minutes from us and in season they have quite a few different crops which you can buy in their store or roll up your sleeves and pick yourself! The crops include strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, tomatoes, a large variety of apples and more! They also have a few animals that the kids can pet and hand feed. We visited today for the first time and the kidos were both pretty excited about the animals. Clara however, was not content to touch them through the fence and feed them. She desperately wanted to go INSIDE the fence and specifically wanted to HOLD a chicken! On another visit I might try to see if either of those is an option.

Clara Bell seems to be the farm girl; I love how she talks to them. It reminds me of her great-great-Gramma Sushereba, who had chickens, but was very partial to her milking cow!
