Some dear friends of ours had us over for lunch this afternoon following chapel! We had a very nice time with them! They are originally from the Caribbean and the DELICIOUS meal they served us included a couple Caribbean dishes... boiled plantain and a deliciously flavored chicken that goes over rice!!! I think I'm going try to get some instructions for that chicken!!! Mmmmm!!! It was yummy! We sure are blessed with some super friends here!
Saturday night, our great-uncle and aunt who live around here treated us to dinner and a little birthday celebration! Very kind of them!
So, we've had some special treats this weekend!
